NDIS
We are an NDIS registered provider. This means we can provide support to Self-Managed, Plan-Managed or Agency-Managed participants.
All charges from your OT Group supports will be in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Our services are charged at time taken with the exception of travel which is capped, in line with the Modified Monash Model (MMM).

Medicare
Our therapists can provide Medicare rebated services from any of our clinic locations - Bendigo, Moonee Ponds and Parkdale.
These services can be accessed with a GP referral for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan. You will need to provide us with a copy of this documentation.
Your GP is responsible for ensuring you meet the criteria for the rebated service and will allocate a number of sessions for either Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy. You are entitled to a maximum of five rebated sessions across all Allied Health professions under EPC/CDM services per calendar year.
Rebates for EPC/CDM sessions are only available for in person or telehealth sessions and do not include report writing or travel. As such, EPC/CDM sessions are typically completed from our clinic locations. If in-clinic sessions are not suitable for you, our friendly admin team will discuss options with you.
Report writing can be completed at an additional cost if required.

Support at Home

Private Payment
We accept private referrals for occupational therapy or speech pathology input.
We do not require a GP referral to commence privately funded support.
Travel, non-face to face support, correspondence, report writing and appointments are charged at time taken in line with the fees below.

Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
We provide support to individuals who are funded by the TAC.
Our services support individuals to regain their function and recover from transport related injuries. We require the client’s claim number and details of their case manager and can deal with the TAC directly.
Our therapists collaborate closely with you to prescribe home modifications, equipment, supports and even assist you to return to driving if needed. obtain the equipment necessary to manage daily activities, modify your home if necessary.
Our experienced team provides Tier 2 services.

WorkSafe Victoria
Our team is able to complete Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments as requested by either a GP or Case Manager.
The assessment includes analysis of how your work place injury may impact on your capacity to engage in day to day tasks. We work with you to identify barriers and provide tailored recommendations, including equipment, home modifications, or support services.
Please note: We are not a registered return to work provider and do not provide return to work services.
