Support at Home
We are an NDIS registered provider. This means we can provide support to Self-Managed, Plan-Managed or Agency-Managed participants.
We are able to provide assessment and recommendation for clients with Support at Home funding.
Please reach out to our friendly administration team to discuss individual circumstances and options for clients who have Support at Home funding.
Note: We are only able to provide these services to clients living within 30 minutes of our Bendigo, Moonee Ponds and Parkdale clinics.
All charges from your OT Group supports will be in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Our services are charged at time taken with the exception of travel which is capped, in line with the Modified Monash Model (MMM).
