Our team is able to complete Household Help Services Needs Assessment (HHSNA), Driver Assessment, Equipment Prescription and Trial, and Home Modifications as requested by a GP or Case Manager.
The assessment includes analysis of how your work place injury may impact on your capacity to engage in day to day tasks. We work with you to identify barriers and provide tailored recommendations, including equipment, home modifications, or support services.
Please note: We are not a registered return to work provider and do not provide return to work services.
Fees: As per the current WorkSafe schedule of fees.
